About the Role
FMI is currently recruiting for a Sales Representative – Retail Sales & Brand Influence to represent a leading portfolio of Reckitt brands across a defined retail territory.
This is an exciting field-based sales role focused on building strong relationships with retail customers, influencing in-store decision-makers, and identifying opportunities to grow sales, visibility, availability and brand presence.
You will work with well-known Reckitt brands including Lemsip, Strepsils, Gaviscon, Finish and Vanish, supporting stores to maximise sales opportunities through strong product availability, promotional execution and effective in-store brand presence.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Sales Representative, you will:
- Manage a designated territory of retail customers, including multiples, convenience stores, forecourts and independent retail outlets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers, department managers and key retail contacts.
- Influence store teams to support brand priorities, promotional activity, product availability and in-store visibility.
- Identify opportunities to grow sales, distribution, product range and secondary display space.
- Present brand updates, new product launches, promotions and sales initiatives to retail customers.
- Drive awareness and support for key Reckitt brands including Lemsip, Strepsils, Gaviscon, Finish and Vanish.
- Monitor competitor activity, pricing, promotions and market trends.
- Ensure products are available, visible and well presented in-store.
- Complete accurate call reports, sales updates, stock checks and store visit reports.
- Manage daily journey plans effectively to maximise customer coverage and impact.
