Location: Dublin
Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
Salary: €32,000 (base)
Work Setup: Primarily office-based, with occasional field support


We are looking for a proactive and driven Quality & Operations Executive to support the day-to-day account management of one of our key accounts. This role requires an outgoing, motivated individual who can communicate clearly and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves in a fast-paced environment.
You will work closely with Account Managers and Field Management, playing a key role in maintaining quality, improving performance, and supporting overall operations. This is an ideal role for a go-getter who wants to develop within telecoms while making a real impact on team performance.

Main Responsibilities
  • Conduct quality control calls following all field sales
  • Work closely with Account Managers and support Field Management teams
  • Support the day-to-day management of a key account
  • Maintain high quality and operational standards across the team
  • Work closely with sales teams to drive performance and improve results
  • Provide guidance, feedback, and coaching to support team development
  • Monitor performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
  • Support training initiatives and ensure best practices are followed
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
  • Take a hands-on approach to problem-solving and daily challenges

Your profile

Requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sales experience or strong commercial awareness
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • A proactive, “go-getter” attitude with strong initiative
  • Willingness to support both office and field-based activities
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Full, clean manual driver’s licence required
  • Experience in telecommunications is an advantage, but not essential
