We are looking for a proactive and driven Quality & Operations Executive to support the day-to-day account management of one of our key accounts. This role requires an outgoing, motivated individual who can communicate clearly and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves in a fast-paced environment.
You will work closely with Account Managers and Field Management, playing a key role in maintaining quality, improving performance, and supporting overall operations. This is an ideal role for a go-getter who wants to develop within telecoms while making a real impact on team performance.
Main Responsibilities
- Conduct quality control calls following all field sales
- Work closely with Account Managers and support Field Management teams
- Support the day-to-day management of a key account
- Maintain high quality and operational standards across the team
- Work closely with sales teams to drive performance and improve results
- Provide guidance, feedback, and coaching to support team development
- Monitor performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
- Support training initiatives and ensure best practices are followed
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
- Take a hands-on approach to problem-solving and daily challenges
