Your mission

Position Overview:

We are looking for an organised and proactive Account Executive to support the delivery of field sales campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has strong administrative skills, and can confidently manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Working closely with the Account Manager, you will help coordinate campaign activity, support the field team, manage reporting, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of field sales campaigns

  • Coordinate logistics and campaign materials

  • Prepare accurate client and campaign reports following field activity

  • Gather and organise feedback from the field team

  • Maintain records, databases, and data entry with a high level of accuracy

  • Handle internal and external queries in a timely and professional manner

  • Coordinate bookings and schedules by phone and email

  • Use Excel, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office tools for reporting, scheduling, and communication

  •  Assist with presentations, spreadsheets, and general administrative support

  • Work to tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities

  • Attend team briefings and help communicate updates to the wider team

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

  • Previous administration and/or data entry experience

  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Professional and confident phone manner

  • Ability to prioritise workload and work under pressure
