We’re seeking a driven and adaptable Supervisor to oversee a high-performing team of merchandisers across Limerick. This role offers a unique opportunity to build strong local retailer relationships while managing your own time in a dynamic field environment.

Key Details

Location: Role is based in Limerick
Transport: Own car essential – fuel card provided.
Weekends (Sat & Sun): 4-hours each - morning shift
Total 8 Hours

Your Role

Team & Performance Management

Support and motivate a team of merchandisers to deliver client KPIs and field excellence.
Provide regular support, coaching, and feedback to drive individual and team success.

Scheduling & Coverage

Complete field visits to territory locations.
Ensure optimal team deployment and efficiency.

Retail Execution

Oversee all merchandising and orders.
Guarantee execution aligns with both FMI and client standards.
