Overview:
We are looking for motivated and customer-focused Contact Centre Agents to support our Business-to-Business Gift Card Campaign. This is a full-time, office-based role where you will engage with business clients to promote and sell tailored gift card solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a keen interest in sales, and a professional attitude.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to business clients to promote and sell gift card products.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the campaign manager.
Clearly communicate product details, pricing, and current promotions.
Accurately record all client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Collaborate with team members to share insights and enhance campaign performance.
Handle client queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
