Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and confident Field Sales Coach to support and guide our door-to-door sales team. The role requires a solid background in telecoms, strong sales capabilities, and a hands-on approach to coaching. You’ll be responsible for helping the team improve, while also actively contributing to sales in the field.

Main Responsibilities

Support the team in achieving sales targets through training and mentoring
Conduct regular one-on-one sessions and practical coaching in the field
Help staff improve their product knowledge, customer approach, and sales confidence
Lead by example—sell broadband, TV, and SIM products alongside the team
Monitor performance and provide constructive feedback
Identify development areas and tailor coaching accordingly
Collaborate with managers to ensure alignment with wider sales strategy

Your profile

Requirements

Strong experience in telecommunications sales, especially door-to-door
Proven ability to coach and support field-based sales teams
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed
