With a growing footprint across Ireland, we’re seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team and play a key role in shaping our culture, people strategies, and operations as we grow.
Role Summary
This is a dynamic role combining strategic HR leadership with hands-on operational responsibility. You will lead our recruitment process, manage employee relations, and oversee core HR functions including performance management, training, policy compliance, and office administration. You’ll also act as a trusted advisor to leadership, helping to foster a high-performing, inclusive, and compliant workplace.
Your profile
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes across all departments (technical, admin, sales, etc.)
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies and employer branding campaigns to attract top talent
• Manage interviews, offer processes, reference checks, and onboarding plans
• Coordinate induction and training for new hires to ensure a strong start
Employee Relations & HR Compliance
• Act as the first point of contact for HR queries and employee relations matters
• Guide managers on issues such as grievances, disciplinaries, and performance concerns
• Ensure all practices comply with Irish employment law and GDPR regulations
• Update and enforce HR policies, handbooks, contracts, and codes of conduct
Performance Management & Development
• Implement structured performance review cycles and provide guidance to managers
• Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development opportunities
• Promote a continuous improvement culture aligned with business goals
HR Operations & Payroll
• Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data
• Oversee monthly payroll processes in collaboration with Finance
• Manage employee benefits and wellbeing initiatives
• Monitor HR KPIs and prepare reports on turnover, absence, engagement, etc.
Office & Facilities Management
• Oversee general office operations including equipment, supplies, vendors, and facilities upkeep
• Liaise with service providers and external partners to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• Support internal communications to ensure transparency and employee engagement
