Brand Ambassador - Maternity Cover

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Brand Ambassador to represent B/S/H (Bosch, Siemens, and Home Appliances) in promoting their innovative and high-quality products. This role is a maternity leave cover, offered on an initial 6-month contract with the possibility of extension. The Brand Ambassador will play a key role in enhancing brand awareness, driving sales, and fostering strong relationships with customers and retail partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Representation:
    • Act as the face of B/S/H brands, embodying their values and mission.
    • Educate customers and retail partners on the unique features, benefits, and quality of B/S/H products.
  • Product Knowledge:
    • Maintain an in-depth understanding of the product portfolio, including new launches, technology updates, and competitive advantages.
    • Deliver engaging demonstrations and presentations to showcase product functionality.
  • Customer Engagement:
    • Provide a personalized and professional experience to customers, addressing inquiries and guiding purchase decisions.
    • Gather and relay feedback from customers to help refine marketing and product strategies.
  • Retail Support:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners to maximize product placement and visibility.
    • Monitor and ensure optimal display standards for B/S/H products in retail locations.
  • Sales Enablement:
    • Assist in driving sales by demonstrating the value of the products and creating compelling customer experiences.
    • Collaborate with sales teams to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Event Participation:
    • Represent B/S/H at trade shows, product launches, and promotional events.
    • Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and in-store promotions.
Your profile

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience:
    • Previous experience in retail, sales, or as a brand ambassador is preferred.
    • Knowledge of home appliances or related industries is a plus.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong presentation and demonstration abilities.
    • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Tech-savvy with an understanding of modern home appliance technologies.
  • Attributes:
    • Passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences.
    • Enthusiastic and approachable with a friendly demeanor.
    • Adaptable to different environments and challenges.

Additional Requirements:

  • Ability to travel to various retail locations or events as needed.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings, depending on retail schedules and promotional events.
